You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued.
In accordance with EU regulations, you have a 14-day cancellation right for digital services. However, by accessing members-only content or starting to use the service, you waive this right.
7. Betting Risk & Disclaimer
Betting involves financial risk. OMNI Media Ltd, its employees, or its Tipsters do not guarantee winnings or profits and shall not be held liable for any losses. You alone are responsible for your betting decisions, including misinterpretation of any information on the platform.
8. Tipsters & Betting Tips
Our Tipsters provide expert tips based on personal analysis and knowledge. The frequency and number of tips may vary. We do not guarantee a minimum number of tips.
If a Tipster is removed from the platform, we will assign a similar Tipster to your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, tips, analyses, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of OMNI Media Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of this content (including screenshots or summaries) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, penalties, and account termination.
10. Newsletter & Communication
