2 AGE LIMIT
To subscribe to bettingfamily.com you need to be at least 18 years old. Similarly, you need to be 18 years old or over to bet. Wingroup ApS cannot be held accountable for minors using the Bettingfamily platform.
3 PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your name and username will not be shared with others. You will receive relevant emails from us, while receiving tips via the website/app. Furthermore, our system automatically protects your information regarding your payment. Your password will be hidden and can’t be seen neither by Bettingfamily or anyone else.
4 RULES FOR INITIATING SUBSCRIPTION
Your subscription is personal and is not allowed to be shared with anyone else. A breach from this can result in permanent suspension from bettingfamily.com.
5 REFUND OF STAKES
You yourself are accountable of potential money-loss that may occur when betting. Wingroup ApS cannot be held accountable for potential personal money-loss. If you have read wrong or played the wrong tips by mistake, this is on your end. Wingroup ApS therefore does not cover losses on error reading. 6 UNSUBSCRIPTION

7 TRIAL

8 PAYMENT
When you subscribe to Bettingfamily, you automatically sign an agreement with Wingroup ApS, CVR: 38884875. Upon your subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation through email. Your subscription will be renewed automatically. You can unsubscribe at any time. You pay for 1 month at a time where you have access throughout the period even if you cancel during a period. All prices are included VAT.
9 PRICE REGULATION
Wingroup ApS can regulate the monthly subscription fee at any time. However, a price regulation will be notified early and the customer will be able to unsubscribe before the price regulation come into force. A price regulation must be notified minimum 10 days before it applies.
10. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have a 14-day cancellation period when you order a service. The deadline runs from the day the agreement was concluded. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you must give your consent to the start of the delivery and the deadline when the service is fully delivered. Thus, you waive the right of withdrawal as the service begins immediately.
11 SHARING OF BETTING TIPS
It is strictly forbidden to share the tips Bettingfamily and its tipsters share for the paying members and can be punished with fines and sanctions. The tips/analysis that Bettingfamily and its tipsters has composed are rights belonging to the company. By sharing betting tips relevant people can be punished with exclusion from Bettingfamily, alongside fines and legal proceedings.
12 NUMBER OF BETTING TIPS
The number of betting tips will vary from tipster to tipster. Our tipsters exclusively bet on well calculated bets ensuring a value of each tip. Therefore, you might experience some days with no tips from our tipsters.
13. EXCHANGE AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

19 JURISDICTION
Above-mentioned terms and conditions are subjected to European law and potential disputes will be treated in European courts.
